At E-Bikes, we want you to ride with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all our electric bicycles and gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original condition for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the bike if necessary and pack it securely in the original factory box with all included manuals, chargers, and tools to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized freight carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
