Do I need a special license to ride an e-bike?
In most regions, our e-bikes are classified as bicycles and do not require a special license or registration. However, we recommend checking your local state or municipal laws regarding age requirements and helmet use.
How do you handle shipping for such large items?
All e-bikes are shipped 85% pre-assembled in heavy-duty reinforced boxes. We partner with specialized freight carriers to ensure your bike arrives safely within 5-10 business days.
What is your return policy for electric bikes?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied, you can return the bike in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the odometer must show fewer than 10 miles.
Is the bike waterproof?
Our e-bikes are IP65 water-resistant, meaning they can handle rain and splashes. However, they should not be submerged in water or cleaned with high-pressure power washers.
What kind of warranty do you provide?
Every E-Bikes purchase includes a 2-year limited warranty covering the frame, motor, and battery against manufacturing defects.
